  • Acting on a number of station developments (with complex SDLT structures). These included the relocation of Eurostar from Waterloo to St Pancras
  • Heading and advising on a project with a value of over £500 million in the infrastructure space
  • Advising and heading on all port-related real estate aspects for the £1.5 billion regeneration of a former oil refinery. This included development, environmental and CPO for the site that became both nationally and internationally significant
  • Heading and closing all real estate matters of an international asset sale, which had a value of $380 million
  • Advising on all real estate matters for a tokenisation program major mixed-use development in London
  • Acting on major disposals of land with complex uplift provisions, including one that saw the development of 93 houses
  • Acting on behalf of developers, owners and promoters of major developments to include a particular specialisation in those requiring agreements with Network Rail. This included an initial phased program of 1,999 houses
  • Acting on a £30 million commercial real estate purchase in prime central London for a drinks industry charity
  • Managing and advising on part of an owner’s prime London real estate portfolio
  • Managing and advising on a landed estate
  • Advising and negotiating leases and agreements for leases on behald of food and retail tenants. This included turnover and pre-emption rights
  • Advising occupiers headquarters on major relocations (to include for Belmond)
  • Negotiating leases and agreements for the owner of major stations with complex pre-emption provisions and turnover
  • Negotiating leases and agreements for the owner of a major shopping centre
  • Acting and advising both domestically and internationally for an occupier with an annual turnover of over $17.5 billion on their office and warehouse occupation. This included new build warehouses
