Dr Daniel Vos has been a litigation lawyer for over 15 years, specialising in insolvency law and related areas. A key focus of his work is the intersection of directors’ liability and insurance coverage (D&O liability), where corporate executives, supervisory board members, insolvency practitioners and insurers place their trust in his advice.

Daniel also regularly handles insolvency-related disputes, including avoidance actions and disputes over security interests, and is frequently sought after for his advisory work on structuring matters.

In addition, he advises and represents both creditors and debtors in restructuring situations. He is particularly well known in the field of debt securities law, with numerous publications on the subject.

  • 1998-2020: Training as a bank clerk (Dresdner Bank AG), followed by work in the area of corporate clients/intensive support/settlement
