Expertise

Felix Thiede is a German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) specialising in dispute resolution and crypto-assets and blockchain, with additional experience in corporate and commercial matters.

Felix has extensive experience in complex, high-value and predominantly international disputes, acting for both claimants and respondents. He advises and represents clients throughout the full lifecycle of proceedings — from pre-litigation strategy and interim relief to representation before state courts and arbitral tribunals, as well as enforcement. His work includes cross-border litigation, including mass claims, investment treaty and international commercial arbitration, civil fraud and asset tracing, shareholder and post-M&A disputes, cartel damages actions, and supply chain disputes in the automotive and aviation sectors.

In the crypto space, Felix advises on regulatory compliance under MiCAR, token offerings and exchange listings, security token prospectuses, and the structuring of digital asset projects.

During his time as Senior Legal Counsel at an MDAX-listed company, Felix was involved in large-scale M&A transactions, capital measures and a range of finance-related agreements.

In addition to his legal qualifications, Felix studied philosophy, which enhances his interdisciplinary approach to complex matters. He has also founded two companies.
