Felix Thiede is a lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) specialising in commercial and corporate litigation and arbitration as well as alternative dispute resolution. Furthermore, Felix advises in corporate and commercial matters, utilizing his unique experience in contentious matters and as a Senior Legal Counsel to avoid situations that typically give rise to disputes whilst keeping the client’s interest for efficiency in mind.

Felix has extensive experience in complex and mostly international disputes, where he acts on both the plaintiff and defendant sides. He represents his clients at all stages of proceedings, from pre-litigation strategy advice and interim relief to in-court representation and enforcement. Felix’s experience as a dispute resolution lawyer inter alia includes shareholder disputes, D&O disputes, post-M&A disputes, supply-chain disputes (particularly automotive and aviation), cartel damages disputes and civil fraud disputes.

During his time as Senior Legal Counsel in an MDAX company, Felix handled inter alia large-volume M&A deals, was involved in the preparation of capital measures and drafted and negotiated various contracts in the area of finance.

Apart from being a lawyer, Felix also studied Philosophy, which greatly facilitates his ability to work inter-disciplinarily.
