Gary is a litigation and dispute resolution solicitor with more than 30 years of experience. He has a very broad commercial and private individual practice and has dealt with and advised on claims and disputes about land, property, intellectual property, joint ventures/sensitive commercial information, negligence, consumer rights, contractual claims and disputes, investments, malicious falsehood, breach of GDPR, fraud, and other heads of financial loss and damage.

Gary has expertise in dealing with claims and dispute resolution in the commercial and private sectors, including contractual and financial disputes between companies and other business organisations, breach of intellectual property rights, damage to property, boundary disputes, and obtaining injunctions in order to protect the rights and property of businesses and individuals.
