Experience Highlights

  • Leading the freehold sale of a 90-unit retirement estate, managing complex multi-party transactions and coordinating with multiple stakeholders (2025).  
  • Directing a phased sale and leaseback project for a national financial institution involving 38 properties across multiple locations (2008-2009). 
  • Advising on the acquisition and disposal of property assets for a variety of businesses including pharmacies, opticians, licensed premises, and retail and industrial units. 
  • Acting for social housing providers in relation to acquisitions, disposals and refinancing projects. 
  • Advising on complex lease option agreements for both commercial and residential properties for private investors and developers. 
  • Running a PFI project in-house for a local authority. 
  • Leading trauma-informed leadership programmes to enhance psychological safety and sustainable performance in professional services firms. 
  • A regular speaker and trainer on topics such as lawyer wellbeing, authenticity, and the future of the legal profession as well as on property related topics such as buying at auction and using lease purchase options.
