  • Christian Koenen Group: Advising on the sale of a majority stake by Christian Koenen, owner and founder of the Christian Koenen Group – the global technology leader in high-precision premium stencils and screens for technical printing – to the financial investor AFINUM. The stencils and screens are used as process-critical precision tools, for example in the production of chips and semiconductor components and in the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs).
