• The purchase, management, funding and eventual sale to a large American private equity fund of Link Park Industrial Estate West Drayton.
• Numerous forward funding transactions with a combined value in excess of £2bn including student accommodation schemes in Canterbury, Bristol, Nottingham, Sheffield and London and residential schemes in Birmingham, Bristol, London, Leeds and Newcastle and various office and industrial schemes.
• The development and funding of the Newcastle University Business School and Reading University Enterprise Hub.
• Advising on the purchase, development, letting and subsequent sale of Avon’s UK Head Office in Nottingham.
• Acting on the land purchase and development of a large mixed-use scheme in Birmingham.
