Through his involvement in the student accommodation sector, he has an unrivalled knowledge of the structural issues affecting clients operating in that sector. He is a co-founder member of the Primary Care Premises Forum (www.pcpf.co.uk), a forum for public and private sector engagement in matters relating to health premises development and funding, and also regularly advises clients on Land Promotion schemes and related financing.

- Advising from initiation, through nomination agreement/lease and forward sale and/or other funding arrangements to delivery of student schemes
- Representing clients acquiring/ divesting/refinancing various customer-facing businesses in sectors including FM, Events, Healthcare, waste recycling and , acting for the owner, the sale to the William Hill Group of their then first corporate LBO post listing
- Providing in house legal advice to a major Japanese construction entity commencing operations in the UK market
