  • She has advised at the highest level on industrial action, the strategic approach to try to resolve disputes as to terms of employment for collectively bargained employees.
  • She has successfully advised clients on strategy to minimise risk, and defended TUPE and collective redundancy protective award claims valued at £hundreds of thousands.
  • She has advised large scale employers successfully in changing collectively bargained employment terms with no unfair dismissal or protective award claims made.
  • She has given strategic advice about managing grievances and acted for clients defending claims for age, sex, race, disability, pregnancy, maternity, marital status and gender reassignment discrimination; whistleblowing detriment and dismissal.
  • She has conducted independent reviews into the circumstances of adverse tribunal decisions in discrimination and unfair dismissal claims.
