Lambertus is a corporate law ‘all-rounder’ for all legal forms and advisory matters, with over 35 years of professional experience. He has advised listed companies and family businesses on conversions, carve-outs, and intra-group restructurings, and has conducted settlement and insolvency proceedings on their behalf.

Thanks to his experience with owner-managed and family-owned companies, Lambertus  also advises on company succession as well as share and company sales. His training as a tax advisor enables him to understand complex tax processes together with tax law experts and implement them in interdisciplinary teams. In addition, Lambertus has a comprehensive understanding of business and accounting issues, which enables him to lead or support demanding post-M&A and valuation processes.

He advises family-owned companies, medium-sized enterprises, and listed public limited companies on restructuring and corporate succession matters, as well as in civil proceedings involving valuation or accounting issues, including severance payment claims, post-M&A disputes, and consultant liability proceedings.

Thanks to his excellent command of Italian, Spanish, and French, he is the main point of contact in Germany for foreign companies, particularly those from Southern Europe or Latin America, on all corporate law matters.
