Laura is Legal Counsel in Gunnercooke LLP’s Dispute Resolution team. In over 14 years of practice, Laura has acted for Claimants and Defendants (both domestic and international) in a broad range of disputes involving insurance and reinsurance, professional negligence (with particular focus on solicitors’ negligence claims) and commercial litigation.

Laura has experience in all aspects of High Court civil litigation and arbitration and the resolution of disputes, including by mediation.

Laura also has experience of Collective Proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal.

  • Acting on the defence of two claims arising from allegedly negligent tax advice provided to a high net worth individual
