Leah Hanson is a highly experienced private client lawyer and member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Qualifying in 2009 as a solicitor, Leah has vast and varied experience across a wide range of private client matters including the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, dealing with the administration of Estates for deceased clients and the creation and management of Trusts.

Leah can provide expert analysis for clients, their families and business partners to comprehensively plan for later life, retirement and beyond. She is well versed in assisting with the preservation of wealth through life-time gifting and the creation of trusts. Leah aims to provide her clients and their families with estate planning advice throughout their lives, including providing Inheritance Tax analysis and mitigation and care home fee planning.

Primarily dealing with high net worth individuals Leah has extensive experience in preparing Wills for those with business interests, agricultural property and companies and further regularly deals with obtaining Probate and Inheritance Tax reporting in estates with such assets and those with property and/or investments held in foreign jurisdictions.
