  • Acted for a developer on the acquisition of an award-winning city centre residential development site. Worked alongside the client on the 6-year project to demolish and redevelop the site into 47 apartments. Dealt with the refinance of the site and the subsequent sale to an investor.
  • Acted for a developer on the acquisition of a commercial site with a listed building for conversion into a mixed-use scheme. Acted on the subsequent sale of part of the residential site to a housing developer and the lettings to commercial tenants.
  • Experience in dealing with multi-million-pound property portfolio acquisitions and disposals of both commercial and residential/mixed-use properties.
  • Acted for a property company specialising in holiday lets on the letting of various sites with positive obligations to carry out an agreed works programme and on the acquisition of a number of freehold properties to be converted to luxury and unique holiday lettings.
