  • Establishing the organisational structure of start-ups and large, internationally active corporate groups.
  • Listing various financial instruments on exchanges.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions, due diligences, and share and asset purchase agreements.
  • Drafting credit and other security agreements, as well as OTC derivative contracts.
