  • Complete disposal of two German corporate groups (mechanical engineering) to US publicly traded buyers (transaction values of EUR 110 million and EUR 300 million, respectively).
  • Complete disposal of a German stock corporation (energy and data transmission) to a French corporate group (transaction value of EUR 97 million).
  • Complete disposal of a German corporate group (medical technology) to a Swiss corporate group, along with the acquisition of a reinvestment in the Swiss buyer company.
  • Advising a publicly traded Swiss company on the acquisition of all shares in a German-French corporate group (manufacture and distribution of chemical-cosmetic products) with a transaction value of approximately EUR 12 million.
  • Acquisition of part of the business operations of a German corporate group (manufacture and distribution of facial and body care products) with a transaction value of EUR 9 million.
