Nick is an experienced Corporate Commercial and Banking Lawyer, specialising in drafting and negotiation contracts and is always looking to close the deal and get to ‘Yes’.

He has 20 years’ experience in drafting and negotiating Derivative agreements (such as the ISDA Master Agreement suite of documentation and other derivative agreements) and regulation of the financial markets, having been involved in numerous projects dealing with the ever-changing regulatory landscape within financial services.

While at gunnercooke, Nick has been able to broaden his horizons and has acted for borrowers and lenders alike in property finance transactions, provided support to clients on matters ranging from management supply agreements, SaaS, Franchises, share purchase agreements and share option schemes amongst other things.

Nick has also worked as Legal Counsel for a number of start-ups and software business providing solutions to contracting problems and processes.
