  • Established effective inhouse legal functions within three separate organisations of various size, as well as successfully re-shaping of existing inhouse functions in two more
  • Comprehensive history of a wide-range of commercial contracts, ranging from information management systems, ERP projects, various other software and hardware solutions, negotiation and development of novel ‘partnership’ type arrangements with public sector stakeholders, large acquisitions of alternatively-powered vehicles, complex utility supply arrangements and a broad variety of public and quasi-public sector contracts.
