  • Acting for the Joint Trustees of a Bankruptcy Estate in an application to the High Court for the committal of the Bankrupt, for contempt of court following repeated failures to comply with court orders.
  • Successfully bringing proceedings against directors involving reviewable transactions under the Insolvency Act.
