Rachel is a dual-qualified real estate lawyer with over 8 years’ experience in the sector. Rachel is a trusted advisor to a wide range of clients with real estate interests across the UK. She has been instrumental in establishing a leading practice in Scotland offering UK cross border real estate services.

Rachel is commercial and deal driven with experience in the investment, development, retail, industrial, office, residential, operational and mixed use sectors. She acts for investors and developers, banks, other funders, institutions, major retailers, industrials, pension funds, developers, housebuilders, statutory undertakers and other end users.

Rachel sat as the Chair of Women in Property’s Central Scotland branch from March 2020 to February 2021 and continues to be an active member of the committee.
