Rachel is an experienced employment lawyer, having specialised in the area since her qualification in 2004. Rachel advises on all aspects of employment law, including redundancy, discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing protection, sickness absence, social media issues and breach of contract. Rachel provides advice relating to departing senior executives, including the sale of shares, restrictive covenants and bonuses. Rachel advises employers and employees on issues relating to restrictive covenants and confidentiality and conducts litigation in the High Court to pursue injunctive relief where necessary. Rachel regularly undertakes advocacy in the Employment Tribunal and presents to clients on a variety of employment law issues.
