Shaunnah assists on a variety of matters, from small claims through to large scale, high value disputes, gaining valuable hands on experience across the full lifecycle of a construction dispute, including through the court process, adjudication and mediation.

Prior to joining the construction litigation team, Shaunnah supported partners across a wide array of practice areas at gunnercooke, developing a strong grounding in commercial and insolvency matters that continues to inform her construction practice.

Shaunnah chose to specialise in contentious construction because she understands the very real commercial pressures disputes place on businesses in the industry and is committed to helping clients resolve matters as efficiently and effectively as possible.
