  • Representing a bridging lender in £6 million loan to fund the acquisition of a vacant building earmarked for conversion into a hotel. This funding projection not only facilitated the revitalisation of an underutilised property but also contributed to the expansion of the hospitality sector in the area.
  • Facilitated a development loan to assist a corporate client to convert a row of empty office units into 36 residential flats. By satisfying all the lender’s requirements Stavros able to drawdown the necessary funding for his client to unlock the full potential of the property and assist his client to capitalise on the demand for residential accommodation in the market.
  • Acting for a challenger bank deploying a £25 million revolving credit facility to facilitate a borrowers on demand requirements to acquire multiple mixed-use properties with very limited notice and in short timeframes to exploit market conditions and secure lower than market acquisition prices.
