Bill handles commercial real estate contracts and closings, working with clients through due diligence and the documentation and securitization of commercial loans involving real estate and other assets.  He collaborates with special asset officers and property managers on a wide range of property management issues, including drafting and enforcing leases, conducting forcible evictions, addressing real estate tax matters, and handling general liability.  With developers, property owners and investors, Bill works on all aspects of real estate acquisitions and sales, from development and due diligence through title clearance, commercial leasing, zoning and real estate tax appeals.
