Sir John Timpson CBE is the chairman and owner of Timpson, the family business of key cutters and shoe repairers that now has over 2,000 shops and a fantastic charitable foundation. John writes a column for the Daily Telegraph and has written a book on Upside Down Management, the style of management he has become famous for. 

Roger and John have worked together for over 30 years and have a wealth of knowledge and experience to guide us on what it takes to build and lead great organisations. 

The discussion focuses on the inception of these two successful businesses and looks at the reasons why they’ve been so successful, as well as touching on John and Roger’s working relationship and Upside Down Management.
