About the role

Building something new. From the inside.

Most technology roles ask you to join something already built and keep it running. This one is different. We are building OneGC — the platform that will power how our lawyers work, how they collaborate, how clients experience us, and how we scale.

The Product Delivery Manager sits at the centre of the delivery team. You are the connective tissue between the platform vision and the team that builds it. You take direction from the firm on what we are building and why — then you make it happen. Structured, sequenced, honest about risk, and always moving forward.

This is not pure project management. We are building a product, so you need to think in roadmaps and outcomes. But you also need to keep delivery honest — calling out drift, managing scope, creating the conditions for a team to do its best work. You will be working within a newly created technology function where you can help shape what that looks like.

About gunnercooke

A different kind of law firm.

gunnercooke is a Top 75 law firm with over 650 advisors across 16 global offices in the UK, US, Germany and Austria. Launched in 2010, we are one of the fastest-growing law firms in the world — and the leading global fee-share firm for entrepreneurial lawyers.

We operate as a fee-share model — professionals join as self-employed advisors, free to design the practice they have always wanted. Advisors retain up to 90% of their fees. Around 30% of our revenue comes from internal referrals. That is what a genuinely collaborative culture looks like in practice.

gcTrust is our dedicated support function — specialists in finance, IT, marketing, compliance, recruitment, and partner and office services. Our role is helping advisors to set up, run, and scale their practices. That is where this role sits.
