During the process, you will be introduced to the firm by our Head of Recruitment, complete an online profile and business plan before discussing your plan with one of our business coaches to ensure you are set up for a successful start to your gunnercooke career.

Once a lawyer has joined gunnercooke it is very unlikely that he or she would want to leave, and so taking this extra effort at this stage is important to both you and us.  We believe that to be happy you will wish to achieve both your revenue ambitions as well as your lifestyle desires. We will work with you to set your own targets, encourage you to be ambitious and we will help you to succeed through the gc Growth Academy and the Development Office. But these are your personal targets. As a firm, we do not set targets for our lawyers, so self-discipline is a necessary requirement.
