At the first major Aviation conference in the UK since the pandemic, Aviation Partner Vincent Coppinger was a presenter at the Global Urban and Advanced Air Summit at Farnborough.
The event brought together delegates and speakers over a two-day period including the FAA, CAA, EASA, UK Government, various worldwide city authorities, manufacturers, operators, and stakeholders in this quickly developing new sector.
The premise of this new technology is to provide safe flying, low noise, zero carbon emission passenger and cargo aircraft in cities around the world. Vincent, and his German co- lawyer, Dr Elmar Giemulla, dealt with the regulatory and legal regimes and hurdles for the exciting new Advanced Aviation and Urban Air Mobility sector which will be implemented on a worldwide scale in the coming years and were joined by client Volocopter on the latest developments in the cities in which Volocopter will operate.
