The gunnercooke group has 16 main global offices across England, Scotland, the US, Germany and Austria, with further plans for growth in the coming years. These offices enhance the existing in-house capability of our dedicated international teams and dual-qualified experts that cover Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, Brazil, China, India, Poland and Hungary. Our team have clients across 123 jurisdictions, speak 46 languages and are dual-qualified in 21 jurisdictions. gunnercooke closes 2025 with 12 new partner appointments across the UK, Germany and the US
Closing out 2025 with continued international momentum, gunnercooke made 12 new partner appointments across the UK, Germany and the US in Q4. The final quarter of the year saw particularly strong expansion in the firm’s Real Estate offering, with four new UK partners.
UK
The UK team welcoming a further eight new Partners across a broad range of practice areas.
Real Estate remains the firm’s strongest growth area, with four new partners joining the practice. These include Hannah Beko, Commercial Real Estate Partner, Emma Tonge, Real Estate Partner, Satpal Pandal, Real Estate/Corporate Partner, and Victoria Camfield, Real Estate Partner.
The firm also welcomed Partners across a variety of additional specialist areas. Paul Colman joined as a Private Client Partner, while Katie Stewart strengthens the Family Law team. Chris Elwell-Sutton joined as a Scottish Data Protection and Privacy Partner, and Sean Scott joined the firm as a Corporate Partner.
Europe
gunnercooke’s growth across continental Europe continues at pace, with new appointments strengthening its presence in Germany.
New German Partners include Werner Bachmann, specialising in IT, Data Protection and Security, Roman Koudous, who joins as Corporate and Commercial Partner, and Dr Thomas Wax, Corporate Partner.
US
In the US, the firm welcomed one new partner to its New York office. Richard Freeth joined as a Commercial Partner, further strengthening the firm’s capabilities in the US.
