gunnercooke complete cross-border sale of Video Game Insights Ltd
gunnercooke has successfully advised the shareholders of Video Game Insights Ltd on the sale of the company’s entire issued share capital to Sensor Tower Inc, a California-based, private equity-backed business.
The deal was led by gunnercooke’s Corporate M&A team, including Corporate Partner, Jahid Ali, US Corporate Partners Noreen Weiss, and Steven Anthony Behar, Corporate Associate, Hasin Ali and Trainee Solicitor Riann Khan.
Video Game Insights Ltd is a leading analytics platform in the gaming industry, providing key data and insights for developers, publishers, and investors.
The transaction, which was completed on 14th March 2025, involved a complex cross-border structure spanning the UK, US, and Estonia.
The sale represents a significant milestone for Video Game Insights Ltd and ensures its continued expansion under the ownership of Sensor Tower Inc, a global leader in app intelligence and data analytics.
gunnercooke’s team advised the selling shareholders throughout the process, with US-based firm Silicon Law assisting on the American legal aspects.
Given that this deal was across multiple jurisdictions, New York gunnercooke Partners Noreen Weis and Steven Behar played a key role in managing US-related matters.
