gunnercooke launches ‘Readiness Check’ tool to help lawyers considering a move to a fee share model
Setting up your own practice within a fee share model can be a daunting prospect. Many ask: ‘Am I ready? Will my clients join me? Will I have my own team? Where do I start?’
To help ambitious lawyers considering the next step, gunnercooke has launched a new ‘Readiness Check’ tool. A 15-question assessment around their working environment, client relationships and practice processes will help guide lawyers through the steps of setting up in a fee share.
The tool also provides bespoke feedback and guidance on the next steps professionals can take to ensure they are ready for their next big career move.
