Chris is a specialist Employment Lawyer who advises on the full range of employment law matters for employers and individuals.

Chris has experience drafting settlement agreements for employers and drafting employment contracts and policies. He also deals with a range of employment law issues including matters relating to discipline, equality, whistleblowing and directors’ duties.

With a strong background in civil litigation disputes, Chris also works with employer clients to enforce breaches of restrictive covenants and works with employees to guide them on their post-employment duties arising out of their contract of employment and common law duties.

Chris also regularly advises employees in respect of settlement agreements, providing strategic advice and negotiating successfully on behalf of clients who are leaving their employment.
