Her responsibilities include providing administrative and legal support to the team, communicating with clients based on solicitors’ instructions, responding to client queries as directed by the responsible solicitor, carrying out legal research under supervision, managing client documentation and correspondence, assisting with consultations and case organisation, preparing engagement letters and billing documentation, maintaining accurate records on the firm’s case management system, and checking that requested information and supporting documentation have been received.
