Olga is a qualified lawyer in Spain.

She specialises in all aspects of UK business and personal immigration, supporting both corporate and private clients through complex immigration cases and global mobility matters.

Olga advises businesses ranging from start-ups and SMEs to established international organisations on sponsor licence applications, sponsor compliance duties, right to work obligations and the recruitment of overseas talent. She regularly assists employers with Skilled Worker visa applications and ongoing Home Office compliance requirements, helping businesses navigate the UK immigration system efficiently and effectively.

Alongside her corporate practice, Olga has extensive experience advising private clients and their families on a wide range of immigration matters, including visa applications, settlement, British citizenship and long-term residence in the UK.

Olga joined Nabas International Lawyers in 2015, which subsequently merged with gunnercooke LLP, and has continued to advise clients across a broad range of immigration matters ever since.

In addition to her extensive practical experience, Olga recently completed the Master’s Degree in Legal Profession and Legal Practice in Spain and is a qualified lawyer registered with the Barcelona Bar Association (Il·lustre Col·legi de l’Advocacia de Barcelona). This unique combination of UK immigration expertise and Spanish legal qualification allows her to assist international clients with cross-border matters involving both jurisdictions.

She is fluent in English and Spanish and regularly works with clients from Europe, Latin America, North America, Asia and the Middle East.
