Jacob is a Senior Legal Advisor in the gunnercooke Employment Team advising on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues.

He regularly represents clients in the Employment Tribunal and Courts, and has appeared as advocate in over 40 hearings, covering claims such as unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination. He has significant experience of the legal and tactical skills required to successfully resolve employment disputes; either through settlement or, if that is not possible, through litigation.
