Although Jon has dealt with many aspects of corporate transactions over his career, including acquisitions and disposals, shareholder arrangements, investments, property developments and public company fundraises, since 2008 he has had an increasing focus on the lettings and estate agency sector and joined gunnercooke in order to spend the whole of his time working in this area.
