Kathryn is a corporate partner specialising in crypto and Web3.  She advises on M&A, investments and new forms of corporate structure for Web3 projects.  Recent work highlights include leading on: (i) the sale of Attestant, a leading institutional Ethereum staking provider, to Bitwise Asset Management, being the first transaction of its kind in the United Kingdom; and (ii) the global restructure of one of the world’s largest decentralised exchanges.  Kathryn has been recognised in Legal 500 as a leading lawyer in her field and her work has been reported in publications such as, the Solicitor’s Journal and Lawyer Monthly.
