  • A multi-billion-pound appeal to the JCPC in respect of the application of Guernsey Insolvency legislation on a trust over a multi-faceted international conglomerate.
  • Max has experience in Landlord & Tenant matters, primarily evictions, orders for sale under TOLATA, specific performance, evictions, covenant disputes, disrepair, and other commercial property disputes.
