Becky is a corporate and banking associate who has experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, share buybacks, reorganisations, shareholder agreements and debt and asset based lending and real estate finance in relation to new and existing facilities and related security.

In particular, Becky has managed the due diligence process on behalf of buyer clients and led on disclosure and drafting and negotiating disclosure letters on behalf of seller clients for M&A transactions and drafted shareholders’ agreements and articles of association and incorporated new companies as part of intra-group reorganisations.

Becky is extremely driven and takes a pro-active and pragmatic approach to advising clients across a variety of sectors, including construction, logistics, retail, hospitality, entertainment, education, IT, financial, investment and professional services. Becky works with gunnercooke partners Nick Ducker and Georgina Tripp in the Manchester office.

  • Advising on the borrower side on multiple high-value matters for private equity investor, Stafford Capital Partners, including on a €10.4m refinancing of one of its group companies.
  • Acting for Johnsey Estates UK Limited on a £16m refinancing of its property investment facility with HSBC.
  • Acting for the Intec Group on a number of acquisitions and refinancings.
