5 Series Webinar: five quick wins to get your business ready for gender pay gap reporting

By Employment Law Partner, Simon Horsfield

If you employ 250 employees or more, the deadline for publishing your first gender pay gap report is fast approaching.

Gender Pay Gap reporting legislation requires employers with 250 or more employees to publish statutory calculations every year showing how large the pay gap is between their male and female employees.

As of 5 April 2017, new legislation was introduced whereby employers are now required to publish their gender pay gap data annually.

In this webinar, Gender Pay Gap expert Simon Horsfield, guides you through the legal reporting requirements and suggests five quick wins he believes will help transform these new obligations into a positive story for you and your business:

  1. Know the law
  2. Crunch some numbers
  3. Do some bench-marking
  4. Set your objectives
  5. Plan your communications

If you have any further questions on this topic or other employment law matters, please do get in touch.
