Kathryn Dodds and Pavan Kaur win at the Citywealth Powerwomen Awards International 2026
Corporate & FinTech Partner Kathryn Dodds and Operating Partner Pavan Kaur ‘PK’ have both been recognised at the Citywealth Powerwomen Awards International 2026, celebrating leading women and allies across global private wealth and professional services.
The awards recognise individuals making a meaningful impact through leadership, innovation and inclusion across the professional and financial services sector.
Kathryn Dodds was awarded Gold in the Woman of the Year – FinTech/Crypto category, recognising her outstanding contribution to the sector.
Pavan Kaur ‘PK’ received Silver in the same category and was notably the only non-lawyer shortlisted, reflecting her work helping organisations navigate the evolving digital asset and FinTech landscape.
Throughout 2025, Kathryn has played a pivotal role within the firm’s crypto team, earning recognition from the Chambers and Legal 500 directories, while advising on high-profile matters across crypto, Web3 and digital assets.
PK has also helped drive the firm’s crypto and FinTech growth through a compliance-first approach, working with organisations as a CMO and marketing specialist.
Kathryn and PK are also co-hosts of the Crypto Cast podcast, where they explore the key issues shaping the future of crypto, regulation and innovation.
They recently co-authored an article with Bartłomiej Kącicki, examining how institutional finance is beginning to integrate decentralised infrastructure while maintaining regulatory discipline.
