gunnercooke has the biggest and leading FinTech, crypto and blockchain full-service practice in Europe and last year became the first law firm to accept payments in cryptoassets. The award-winning team has a breadth of experience and is regularly published in leading legal publications.

He has particular expertise in regulatory guidance and investment funds.
James Burnie, a Financial Services Regulation & FinTech Partner, is an award winning crypto & FinTech lawyer. He is regularly quoted as an expert in the press, appearing in the FT, Reuters and Law360. He has also advised the UK All-Party Parliamentary Group on Blockchain. He has particular expertise in regulation.
Will Foulkes, a Blockchain Partner, is one of the top blockchain lawyers in the UK.
