What’s your number one highlight so far from your time at gunnercooke?

“My number one highlight has been the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team of professionals. The collaborative environment has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally, and I’ve enjoyed the freedom to innovate and develop my practice.”

What has been your biggest hurdle since joining gunnercooke, and how did you manage to push through?

“It has been adapting to the firm’s unique innovative model of working, which emphasises autonomy and entrepreneurship. I’ve leveraged the firm’s robust support system, seeking mentorship from experienced colleagues, and continuously refining my time management and business development skills.”

What’s in store for the next five years?

“I plan to continue expanding my practice by building stronger relationships with clients and diving deeper into gunnercooke’s internal referral network, to become an even more integral part of gunnercooke’s success.”

“I have seen the firm has grown significantly over the last five years, both in size and in the breadth of services offered. There has been a notable increase in the firm’s reputation and influence within the legal industry.”

How have you changed over the last five years?

“I’ve become more confident and adept at managing my practice independently. I’ve developed stronger business acumen and improved my ability to build and maintain client relationships. Personally, I’ve also achieved a better work-life balance, which has positively impacted my overall well-being.”

If you could speak to yourself five years ago, what would you say?

”I would say, ‘Embrace the opportunities that come your way and don’t be afraid to take risks. Trust in your abilities and the support system around you. Stay focused on your goals, but also be open to new experiences and learning opportunities.’
