Eloise Peabody-Rolf is a Trainee Solicitor in the gunnercooke Bristol office. With experience beyond that of a second year Trainee she combines a breadth of case subject-matter experience with her comprehensive training under the supervision of James Pheasant, Partner, and James Tithecott, Senior Associate.

Having joined gunnercooke in April 2021 after obtaining a First in her undergraduate degree and shortly thereafter achieving a distinction in the LPC, Eloise has learned to manage a varied caseload and exceed client expectations. Sharing in the Bristol team’s drive to deliver high-quality work to clients in diverse sectors, Eloise’s determination and meticulous nature helps clients manage risk and reach commercial outcomes.

Eloise is now focusing on building on her wide experience of commercial disputes and honing her practice. Having recently completed an in-house secondment at a financial institution she has a wealth of experience in managing litigation for financial institutions. Her experience extends to helping guide clients through litigation, mediation and settlement negotiations. Eloise is developing an emerging specialism in regulatory equestrian matters, having recently assisted James Pheasant with a number of high-profile cases before the Judicial Panel of the British Horseracing Authority.
