Jen is a property litigation specialist assisting clients with a wide range of matters relating to commercial property.  Recognised in both Chambers and Legal 500 for giving “clear advice technically and tactically”, Jen helps clients with disputes and advisory work.

Her primary focus is on contentious development issues such as hostile lease renewals, restrictive covenants, easements, encroachment problems and boundary/access issues.  She acts for developers and property companies to manage these risks either before purchase or in anticipation of development.  She also regularly advises high net worth individuals on how nearby developments may affect their property interests.

She has a wide practice acting for both landlords and tenants on all areas of proactive commercial property management including arrears, tenant and landlord insolvency, forfeiture, lease renewals, break notices, dilapidations issues and alienation disputes.

Jen is also appointed as both a Deputy District Judge and a Fee Paid Judge of the First Tier Tribunal.
