Mark has been practising since 2018 and benefits from a previous career in housebuilding and solar development in the UK and United States. As a result, he understands the concerns and timetables of all parties involved in the development process, which enables him to offer legal assistance beyond his practising years.

  • Advising on a planning appeal and twin-tracking resubmission for a 470+ unit residential-led development scheme in Guildford.
  • Drafting and negotiating a planning agreement to accompany a planning appeal for an affordable housing development in London for one of the UK’s largest registered providers.
  • Providing strategic planning advice for the acquisition of a large allocated site in the Home Counties involving multiple landowners and a collaboration agreement and sub-sale agreement.
