With over 25 years of experience, her expertise spans immigration law, international relocation, workforce expansion, and compliance.
The work includes organisations of all types and sizes, from limited companies and government agencies to charities. This management and strategy advice covers issues in regulation, law, finance, language and cultural understanding. This includes sponsor licences, work permits, visas, immigration legal matters, tax issues, cross border probate, inheritance (UK vs Brazil), and so much more, resulting in comprehensive cross-border support.
Vitoria’s legal qualifications cross borders, including Brazil, Portugal and England & Wales. She has over 25 years’ experience working in law firms and financial institutions in Brazil, New York and London.
Her impressive network puts her at the forefront of international commerce and professional relations. She has maintained an involved role in various organisations including the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in London, the British Colombian Chamber of Commerce and Canning House.
Vitoria is also involved in voluntary work, including being Student Supervisor at Queen Mary University’s Legal Advice Centre (having been honoured with a fellowship for this work).
