◾ Advising an established and leading flexible office provider on some of its key sites across London and dealing with managed office leases and facilities/services agreements.

◾ Providing advice to AECOM Infrastructure & Environment UK in connection with operational offices in England.

◾ Acting for FM Conway, a leading infrastructure services company, in connection with the property aspects of corporate acquisitions, financing and property management.
