MDL Technologies sold to APC with gunnercooke advising
MDL Technologies Limited has been sold to APC Technology Group.
Negotiations commenced in March and the sale closed on 30 April 2021 for an undisclosed sum. gunnercooke Corporate Partner Kyri Papantoniou advised the sellers, with Brachers acting for the buyer.
Hertfordshire-based MDL Technologies is the UK’s renowned electronic testing company, providing test solutions in a range of sectors. APC provides the design, specification and distribution of specialist electronic components and systems.
The seller Mark Lucock commented: “This was a significant milestone for MDL Technologies and a great outcome for all parties, as major players in the electronics market. gunnercooke’s advice and expertise in M&A was instrumental in finalising the transaction.”
