He has extensive experience in the drafting and negotiation of construction and engineering contracts and in dealing with the contractual issues which arise during the course of a project. In particular, Alan has dealt with contracts relating to process plants, leisure developments, retail parks, hotels, office blocks, remediation of contaminated land, infrastructure and social housing.

Alan is a fluent German speaker and has advised (in German where required) a number of German and Austrian clients who are active in the construction and engineering sector.
